- Contract and Copy Regulations
- All advertisements are subject to acceptance by publisher.
- Not responsible for advertising materials left after three months.
- Publisher reserves the right to hold advertiser and/or agency jointly and severally liable for such monies as are due and payable to the publisher.
- All advertisements are accepted and published on the representation that agency and advertiser are authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereof. The advertiser and agency will indemnify and hold the publisher harmless from and against any loss or expense arising out of publication of such advertisements, including, without limitation, those resulting from claims or suits from libel, violation of right of privacy, plagiarism, or copyright infringement.
- The publisher shall not be subject to any liability whatsoever for failure to publish or circulate all or any issue or issues because of strikes, work stoppages, accidents, fires, act of God, or any other circumstance outside the control of the publisher. If for any reason an acceptable advertisement is not run, the liability of the publisher is limited to running it in the next available issue.
- When copy change is not received by closing date, advertiser's copy run in previous issue will be used.
- The publisher is not responsible for errors in key numbers or other type set by the publisher.

Directory editorial listings cannot be guaranteed unless completed questionnaires are received in our office prior to deadline dates.
- No special placement for advertising can be guaranteed unless so specified on the contract and accepted by the publisher.
- All verbal instructions regarding contracts, insertions, and changes must be confirmed in writing.
- Publisher reserves the right to change rates at any time.

Agency Commission
15% of gross billing allowed to recognized advertising agencies on space, color and position, provided account is paid within 30 days of invoice date. Commission is not allowed on other charges such as backing up inserts, handling tip-ins, trimming, printing of inserts, classified advertising, and other production charges.
Cash Discount
2% cash discount on net (after agency commission). Discount allowed if invoice paid within 10 days of invoice date.
Short Rates and Rebates
Advertisers will be short-rated if within a 12-month period from the date of first insertion they do not use the amount of space upon which their billings have been based. Short rate will be based on earned rate at the time each ad was run. Advertisers will be rebated if within a 12-month period from the date of first insertion, they have used sufficient additional space to warrant a lower rate than that at which they have been billed.
Overseas Payments and Overdue Accounts
All payments must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank or a wire transfer. On overdue accounts, interest is charged at 1-1/2% per month on accounts over 30 days. |
